Refund Policy

We offer a full refund on shared hosting fees if you cancel within 30 days of the initial purchase.

• Applies to shared hosting services only
• Does not cover additional products (e.g., domains, ID Protection)
• Gives you peace of mind that our services will meet the expectations set out in the TOS

Some products are non-refundable due to their unique nature.

• Add-on products such as domains and ID Protection are non-refundable
• Due to unique and immediate costs associated with their purchase
• Refunds do not apply if you have already collected your receipt from HahuCloud

Special considerations for plans that include a free domain.

• HahuCloud will deduct a non-refundable domain fee from your refund
• Fee based on domain pricing listed on hahucloud.com/domain
• You retain ownership of the domain
• Can transfer domain (after 60 days) or point to different hosting
• Domains can't be transferred to another registrar during first 60 days (ICANN regulations)

VPS and Dedicated Server hosting services are non-refundable.

• Purchases are final and non-refundable
• Due to unique resources allocated for these plans

Refunds are not available after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.

• Abuse of Policy: HahuCloud reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of policy abuse

Steps to request a refund from HahuCloud.

• Submit a formal cancellation request through your HahuCloud account dashboard
• Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method

Circumstances where refunds may not be possible.

• Fraud, misuse of services, or violation of terms
• HahuCloud reserves the right to deny a refund in these cases
